My baby, he ain't so little anymore. He's about 20 pounds of muscle (no baby chubbiness, except for his chubby cheeks), coming up fast on 30 inches tall, and is moving towards crawling. He gets up on all fours and rocks back and forth, but still only moves in reverse or by rolling. I just ordered some of those foam mats for our living room floor, because the rug just isn't cushy or big enough, and if mama's reflexes weren't the cat-like skills of a much younger woman, he'd have a few knots on his head.
Observe his all-consuming cuteness. Here he is in his puffy coat, which actually makes him too thick to fit in his carrier--those things are supposed to last about the first year (they certainly cost enough), but he's about to grow out of his five months later.
Here, he models some new pajamas that make him look like a Glo-Worm. Remember those? My sister Julia had one--I think I used to vandalize it, because I am mean. He looks JUST LIKE IT.
Funny video to come if my internet connection cooperates.

Not sure about those camo pants, Billy's gonna want a four-wheeler to go with them! Look forward to meeting Billy soon, before he's walking.
He's looking bad to the bone and just a little world weary in that first pic. Love the Glo-worm look. Does his face glow when you squeeze him?
